Radio Show Comes Back to ATL
“The Frank Ski Show” is coming back to Atlanta today (February 1). In partnership with Kiss 104.1, Frank Ski will host his titular show from 6 a.m.- 10 a.m.
Ski has had a long-running career in radio broadcasting dating back to 1985. He has been on the radio in not only the Atlanta area but Baltimore and Washington, D.C as well.
In July of 2020 Ski left his previous show in Atlanta at V-103 for an afternoon show on 96.3/WHUR-FM. The show on WHUR started in August 2020 and runs from 3 p.m.- 7 p.m.
Kiss 104.1 released a statement about the new venture with Ski acknowledging his wide array of skills, dynamic personality, and work within the local community.
“Ski’s distinctive hosting style and sense of humor balances music with celebrity guests and discussions of culture, local and national headlines, and topical subject matter. Off the air, Frank works tirelessly to engage the audience and deliver support to community organizations throughout Atlanta, and the nation,”
In an interview that was aired on WSB-TV 2, Ski showed equal admiration for Kiss 104.1 when he stated that Kiss was the “flagship company for media in Atlanta”. Nina Brown will join Ski as a co-host for his new morning show.
Kiss 104.1’s director of branding and programming Terri Avery, also voiced his excitement in the partnership and what he believed Ski means to the African American community as a long-time radio DJ.

The Atlanta community welcomes Ski back with open arms, his constant connection with his listenership has placed him among some of the most memorable radio DJ’s of his time.
