Safaree quickly recants a bachelor statement he made under a photo of himself posted to his Instagram account this week after critics assumed that he and Erica Mena were likely to split.
Right when we applauded Cardi B and Offset for reconciling, Safaree gives us pause with a quick scare. At one point, the media assumed he and Erica Mena’s marriage may be in trouble. Things seemed to be going well a few days ago when Safaree tweeted about his daughter.

On Wednesday, Safaree posted to his Instagram with the caption, “BACHELOR! ENDING 2020 Right!”, according to Hot97. The caption to the Instagram post has since then been changed.

The couple wed in Fall 2019 at the Legacy Castle in New Jersey and welcomed baby Safire back in February. Erica, 32, shared with the public photos of Safire a few months back. The mother and daughter were pictured for the first time together publicly in a photo with matching outfits.
Safaree takes back bachelor comment…QUICK!
Though Safaree showcased his ripped abs while self proclaiming a single lifestyle, that changed quickly as he replaced the caption of the photo and later posted a photo with an apology to Mena.
“A man is nothing without his family. I’m not a bachelor & I love my wife I would never disrespect the mother of my child or wife. Sorry for being childish & Salute to all the real men out there 💪🏾” he wrote under his Instagram post.
Despite Safaree’s shortly lived claim to a single lifestyle, the Love and Hip Hop New York reality star’s wife didn’t seem too concerned. She posted to her Instagram account expressing excitement for her upcoming birthday. The couple has been married for a little over a year.
