Rick Ross bought the place in an all-cash deal
According to sources, Rick Ross bought out luxurious Florida estate, located west of Fort Lauderdale in Southwest Ranches. Everyone knows Rick Ross lives the lavish life as an iconic rapper and entrepreneur, so of course, he bought the lavish hot spot in an all-cash deal, which the house was only on the market for days.
On the other hand, well-known NBA star Stoudemire was born in Florida and played one season with the Miami Heat. By the time he was ready to sell his big shot estate, it listed for $3.5 million. With a price like that it wasn’t any concern to Rick Ross, which also marks the deal as the fastest closing in the history of the Landmark Ranch Estates section.
In a recent interview, Ross told PEOPLE magazine, “It’s a sprawling estate in a very secluded area. From the moment I stepped inside, I appreciated the high ceilings and rich detail.”
Besides the Florida estate, Rick Ross is also the owner of a 45,000-square-foot mansion in Fayetteville, GA. Ironically the mansion was recently used as a stand-in for Prince Akeem Joffer’s (Eddie Murphy) palace in Coming 2 America, according to NBC News.
The estate contains multiple rooms and sections of living
The spacious, gated home occupies six bedrooms, seven baths and holds more than 2.3 acres of land. The main residence has four bedrooms and 5.5 baths in 7,361 square feet of space.
Its most prominent features include a porte-cochere and nine-car garage, chef’s kitchen, hidden movie theatre, two offices, indoor bar area with pool table, and yoga room.
The main suite highlights an en-suite bathroom with a huge tub and an extensive closet with a beautiful crystal chandelier. The residence also shares a resort-style pool and waterfall in the backyard surrounded by a deck and a summer kitchen with a grill. While the two-bedroom, one-bath guest house offers another 1,314 square feet of space, a kitchen, and a living room.
