Post does it again.
Post Malone continues to break records, shatter the “glass ceiling”, and re-define what the modern hip-hop artist is. This time around, it came in the form of his third diamond record, “Sunflower” featuring Swae Lee, a member of Rae Sremmurd. The song comes from the soundtrack to the movie “Spiderman: Into The Spiderverse” which was released in 2018.
“Sunflower” is the third song of Malone’s catalogue to go diamond, with the prior two singles being “Rockstar” and “Congratulations”.
The RIAA declared it diamond this past Saturday, November 7th, and the news that it had gone diamond was announced on Instagram by Post Malone’s long-time manager and friend, Dre London.

It’s been a good 2020 for Post Malone.
Besides topping the charts and going diamond, Malone has won in many other ways this year. It is hard to imagine what the “White Iverson” rapper can’t accomplish.
At the 2020 Billboard Music Awards this year, Post Malone was nominated for a total of 16 awards, meanwhile taking home 9, with one of the awards being the “Top Artist”, the highest honor Billboard gives out.

More music on the way?
It’s no secret that Post has been working away on his upcoming 4th studio album, but the question the fans want to know is when will we hear something a snippet, or even a single?
Malone’s manager, Dre London, announced on Instagram back in March that Posty played him a “smash” over Facetime and that a “quarantine album” was on the way.
