Dr. Dre and Nicole Young’s divorce seems to carry on with the drama, this time (like always) estranged Nicole Young is making accusations of billion-dollar Dr. Dre allegedly allowing other women to play “dress-up” with Nicole’s designers.
She believes Dr. Dre is abusing her items
Nicole Young recently filed new reports demanding access to their beforehand-shared home in Brentwood because she wants her belongings back to her immediately. Young makes this an urgent situation because she believes Dr. Dre is giving other women permission to play around with her luxury items.
She reported she left the home back in April 2020 and only took the “bare minimum” (as she describes) of her belongings, since she was allegedly hurried out while Dr. Dre was drunk. He told her to go to their Malibu home, while she was packing her things.
We understand how important designer handbags are important to women, and they are especially very precious to Young. She explains how designer/vintage handbags, couture clothing, and 20 fur coats were packed in a “cedar and temperature-controlled” closet. Young is very worried that Dr. Dre may consider putting the coats and other luxury items in storage, which would denature them.
What brought Young to her evaluation that multi-millionaire Dr. Dre was allowing other women to dress up in her clothes was the fact she saw a woman post a photo from Dre’s bathroom wearing Chanel slides that seem to belong to Young.
The couple initially announced how they were filing a divorce back in 2020 due to continuous abuse done to Nicole.
In court documents, Nicole claimed that the abusive rapper held a gun to her head on two occasions, once in 2000 and again in 2001. Nicole also claimed that he punched her in the head and face twice, as well as kicked down the door to her bedroom when she was hiding from him in one of their heated arguments.
Nicole stated, “I have also offered extensive and painful testimony about Andre’s relentless campaign of abuse and control over me for more than half of my life,” she says. “It is misleading, revolting, and insulting for Andre to suggest that I have not been abused because, as a victim of relentless abuse and isolation, I did not create and maintain a contemporaneous record of abuse inflicted on me.”
