New Music from Lil Yachty, Juicy J, Foogiano and more.

It’s New Music Friday, and Dirty South Hip Hop has you covered with all of this week’s hottest new releases. Albums from Lil Yachty, Juicy J, and Foogiano all dropped Thanksgiving weekend, as well as an official release for Lil Wayne and The Game’s track “A.I. With The Braids.” For those looking for something a little weirder, Father and Zack Fox teamed up for a new single as well.

Check out Thanksgiving week’s biggest hits below, and be sure to check back next week to stay up to date on the hottest music from the Dirty South.

Lil Yachty, Future & Playboi Carti – “Flex Up”

2020 has been a Yachty renaissance. The Grammy nominated Atlanta native featured on the Sonic The Hedgehog soundtrack, put out “Oprah’s Bank Account” with Drake right before the world shut down, has helped popularize scam rap, released the third installment of the Lil Boat series, and now he releases a nine song follow up to that project, Lil Boat 3.5. The 27 song long project features Drake, Future, Playboi Carti, Lil Baby, Tierra Whack, Vince Staples, Oliver Tree, A$AP Rocky, Tyler, The Creator and more.

Juicy J – “SPEND IT” (feat. Lil Baby & 2 Chainz)

Juicy J has dropped his first album in three years, The Hustle Continues. The project, which the Three 6 Mafia leader executive produced features Megan Thee Stallion, Lil Baby, A$AP Rocky, 2 Chainz, Wiz Khalifa, Ty Dolla $ign, Jay Rock, NLE Choppa, Conway, Young Dolph, Key Glock and Project Pat.

The Game – “A.I. With The Braids” (feat. Lil Wayne)

This song has been floating around the internet for a little while now, but it finally gets an official release this week. The track is the Compton native’s ode to NBA star Allen Iverson.

“‘A.I. With the Braids’ is almost single handedly responsible for most if not all trends you see in hip-hop and professional sports these days,” said The Game of the new track. “Every kid including myself wanted to be Allen Iverson, from the baggy jerseys with the diamond chains, to the designs in his braids and whole swagger. Girls were in love with him and he was pound for pound the best player in the NBA. A.I. went from being my idol as a kid to being my brother in real life, so it’s only right I pay homage.”

Foogiano – “CAUTIOUS” (feat. Tay Keith)

One of 1017’s brightest new stars has finally released his debut album, Gutta Baby. Foogiano recruits some of hip-hop and R&B’s trendiest artists including Lil Baby, DaBaby, Pooh Shiesty, Geezy Escobar, Tay Keith, Jacquees, and of course, Mr. 1017 himself, Gucci Mane.

Zack Fox, Father, Working On Dying – “The Madness”

Following the success of “Family Fuction,” comedian Zack Fox and Atlanta rapper Father are back with Working On Dying produced “The Madness.” Fox’s predictably hilarious bars complement Father’s trademark hushed autotuned flow on this funky little one off. Hopefully more music from this duo is in our future. Father recently released his new album Come Outside, We Not Gonna Jump You to little fanfare.
