Megan “Don’t Stop” Fund
To give recognition to women, all over the world for always working 110% for their education, Megan had come up with the “Don’t Stop” scholarship fund. The fund is to also celebrate her most recent single featuring Young Thug, “Don’t Stop.”
The rapper, who had decided to become partners with Amazon Music’s Rap Rotation, and $10,000 will be given to women of color to help pay for their education.
The scholarship is available for all students all over the world pursuing any field. This includes a bachelor’s degree, postgraduate degree, and an associate’s degree.
Out here in the real world, females do not get the recognition or credit when it is due compared to men. Females of color also have a bigger disadvantage with having access to financial resources.
Megan Thee Stallion encourages many women out there to pursue higher education, and that is coming from a Health Care Administration major.
Even though Megan is very very successful with her rapping career, she had made the powerful decision to continue her studies. She talks about how she is studying for her mom, who had died from brain cancer in 2019.
“I want to get my degree because I want my mom to be proud of me. She saw me going to school before she passed,” the rapper says.
