Rich Forever artist attacked outside NJ club
Rich Forever artist Jay Critch was reportedly attacked outside of the New Jersey nightclub, BarCode, this past Halloween night. No social distancing was taking place or masks were being worn, regardless of the pandemic going on currently.
Jay was reported to have been hosting a private Halloween party in Brooklyn, but no sources are reporting currently if anything from earlier than night led over to the night club assault.
Video of the attack was uploaded to DJ Akademik’s Instagram page hours after the initial attack occurred. You can hear throughout the clips of the person taking the video saying “ayo, they jumping Jay Critch yo”.
A day after the fight occurred, Critch took a photo for his Instagram showing his knuckles, noticeably scraped up from being in a fight, confirming that it actually happened. In the photo below, you can see he shook the scuffle off with ease.
Don’t worry, he is in good spirits.
All is good in the world of the Rich Forever artist. He made sure to get that across to his fans via his Instagram page.
The last we had heard from him musically was when he was recently featured on the new Famous Dex album “Diana”, on the song “Made Like Us”.
The 23-year-old signed to Rich Forever, artist Rich The Kid’s label, in the fall of 2018 after having his track “Did It Again”, remixed by Rich himself. Critch dropped his first project titled “Hood Favorite” back in 2018. The project was met with positive reviews.
On “Hood Mixtape”, the project features Offset of the Migos, French Montana, and Brooklyn’s own Fabolous. French, Jay, and Fabolous all linked due to being New York artists wanting to help an up-and-coming artist.
