Fashion Nova Sues Rich The Kid

Fashion Nova Gives A Free Bag

Looks like Rich The Kid ran off with a hefty money bag without a day’s work. Recently reported by TMZ, Fashion Nova, a well-known fashion retailer has filed a $2.1 million dollar lawsuit against the famed rapper for breach of contract. Unfortunately, after giving Rich a $100,000 advance for promoting the fashion retailer he decided not to promote them but still cash the check.

In October 2018, Fashion Nova had a legal contract with Rich The Kid to promote the retail brand. He was allegedly contracted to promote Fashion Nova from October to December 2018. Rich was supposed to use social media to post about the company and mention the retailer in a song but failed to do so.

The Cash is Already Spent

Fashion Nova’s lawsuit against Rich is $2.1 million in damages. Guess it’s safe to say this lawsuit will be joining Rich The Kid’s long list of other legal disputes that includes him owing $1.1 million to former managers and $323,214 to a landlord.

These legal worries haven’t interrupted Rich’s creative side. Currently, he’s working on a collaborative project with YoungBoy Never Broke Again. The duo’s album Nobody Safe is scheduled to drop on November 13.
